Meet Ronnie
I've been doing renovation work my whole adult life — it's not a side hustle or a new venture, it's the trade I grew up in and never left. When you hire Reynolds Renovations, you get me on your job, not a salesperson and a subcontractor you've never met.
It's a family business in the real sense: my sons work alongside me on the crew, learning the trade the same way I did — show up on time, measure twice, and don't call it done until you'd sign your own name to it.
Most of our work comes from word of mouth and repeat customers, and our schedule stays booked out for a reason. If you've got a project in mind, the earlier we talk, the earlier we can get you on the calendar.

Common questions
How far out are you booked?
Our renovation schedule typically stays booked months in advance, so it pays to reach out early — even if your project isn't urgent yet. Smaller repairs and punch-list work can sometimes be fit in sooner. Ask when you send your request and we'll give you an honest date.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We come to your home, look at the actual space, measure, and give you a written, line-by-line estimate at no charge and no obligation. You'll never get a price scribbled on the back of a card.
Do you handle both labor and materials?
Either way works. Most customers have us supply materials so everything arrives on schedule and matches the estimate. If you've already picked out (or bought) fixtures, tile, or flooring, we're happy to install what you've chosen.
Who actually does the work?
Ronnie and his family crew. The people you meet at the estimate are the people who show up to build — we don't sell your job off to the lowest bidder.
